Bryan Fuller to helm new Star Trek series: What do his past episodes tell us about the new show?

CBS has announced that Star Trek veteran Bryan Fuller will helm the new show. Fuller wrote 20 episodes of Voyager and two of DS9 -- so what does his work on those shows tell us about what he might do with the new one?
