Asus, MSI are shipping overclocked GTX 1080 and 1070 GPUs to reviewers, but not customers

Asus and MSI have been caught shipping cards to reviewers with slightly higher clocks by default than they're shipping to retail customers. While the gap is minor, it's not something we approve of on principle.
