Nintendo has confirmed that the Switch version of Breath of the Wild won't hit a 1080p resolution and is locked to 30 FPS. The handheld version may run at 720p in docked mode and 900p on TV (Nintendo has only confirmed the 900p, while the Wii U has a 720p target resolution).
