The government's latest report once again claims that Russia attempted to interfere in the US election by leaking the DNC's emails to Wikileaks -- but it doesn't offer much in the way of hard evidence. The various intelligence agencies may be 100% on-target, but they haven't offered public evidence to back up their assertions.
