The home affairs select committee hears evidence from Twitter, YouTube and Facebook on Tuesday and grills them about their practices in cracking down on violent and offensive content online. Twitter comes in for particular censure from committee chair Yvette Cooper, who had previously reported several violent tweets to the company which had yet to be taken down
